How to start: the diagnosis method

  1. Identify one area that is frustrating you right now
  2. Break it down into each individual step of the process
  3. Pinpoint which step is failing — not the strategy overall
  4. Fix only that one breaking point
  5. Repeat the diagnosis loop
  • If stuck getting clients: diagnose your client acquisition steps
