The Core Focus is a component of the EOS Vision/Traction Organizer (V/TO) that anchors a business to its strategic sweet spot. It answers two questions: why the organisation exists and what it can do better than anyone else in the world. Used as a decision-making filter, Core Focus prevents leaders from chasing distracting opportunities and instead directs energy toward growth that is faster and more aligned. With a defined Core Focus, people, processes, and systems can all be oriented toward the same purpose.
