February deadlines

1. Feb 1 — Post OSHA Form 300A in a visible workplace location; must remain posted through April 30
2. Feb 10 — File Form 940 (annual FUTA tax) if quarterly FUTA payments were made on time
3. Feb 17 — Presidents Day federal holiday; confirm holiday pay practices comply with federal and state law
4. Feb 28 — File ACA Forms 1095-B and 1095-C by paper if not e-filing; deadline applies to applicable large employers

Key requirements per deadline

• OSHA 300A: review for accuracy before posting; must be accessible to employees and available for OSHA inspection
• Form 940: if quarterly payments were not made, earlier filing may be required — verify to avoid penalties
