Compare each against your top-rated vendor. Gaps reveal whether to negotiate harder or switch.

Negotiate and demand better

  • Get multiple quotes; difficult vendors know you have options and bet you're too busy to use them
  • Push back on incorrect premiums — you know your org better than your broker does
  • Premiums directly affect employee raises, equipment budgets, and training spend
  • Going to bat on renewals is strategic HR, not administrative overhead
