• Give yourself a staycation in attitude: more philosophical, less rushed
• Don't use travel as an excuse not to build this into ordinary life
• The Stoics traveled and had estates; they weren't anti-vacation — they opposed using escape as a substitute for inner work
• It takes more discipline than booking a flight, but the resource is always available
