  • The honest labelling more accurately reflects what the science actually showed

FDA, drugs, and supplements

  • FDA regulation applies to drugs, which must treat a medical condition — supplements don't qualify
  • Onnit's goal is performance improvement in healthy people, not treatment of disease
  • AlphaBrain trial participants were healthy, above-average IQ individuals who simply performed better after taking it
